Well Woman Exam

Physicians Medical Group of Santa Cruz along with your HMO Health Plan allows women members to self-refer to a gynecologist for their annual well woman examination, which would include the following procedures:

• Pelvic examination
• Pap smear test
• Manual breast examination and instructions for performing self-examinations
• Educational literature
